35. Internationales Damendegen-Turnier „Preis der Quadratestadt“

For athletes, the year 2021 is all about the Olympic Games in Tokyo. The dream of an Olympic medal is alive! And the Olympic qualification will enter the hot phase next spring. Among the German epee fencers, Alexandra Ndolo, who won the bronze medal at her home European Championships in Düsseldorf, thinks she has a good chance.

The traditional international women's fencing tournament of TSV Mannheim is thus an integral part of the upcoming Olympic preparations and, with its 35th edition, is one of the oldest in Germany. The Mannheim audience can once again look forward to more than 100 female starters from Germany, Europe and all over the world at the "Prize of the Square City" in the GBG Halle am Herzogenried on 22 February 2020. The competition on Saturday promises many exciting and emotional duels at the very highest level!

As the host of this major event, we are, however, dependent on the contribution of voluntary helpers on the one hand and on the support of sponsors on the other. The basis of our joint success is a long-standing and trusting partnership, which on the one hand promotes the sport of fencing in Mannheim and on the other hand increases the sporting attractiveness of the city of Mannheim.
