Description

Powerlifting is a rare sport that is not for the faint of heart. It takes a great deal of strength and commitment. The mental aspect of powerlifting is different from other sports as you are competing at higher levels such as a world level at 100% of what you can do. It takes a great deal of commitment as you have to diet and often miss out of other activities because you cannot miss a workout. Powerlifting is an incredible sport that shows character and heart.
