Beschreibung
A highly motivated father of a 1 year old boy. Having won national medals on the road, track, and cross country, I have increased my mileage and begun to run ultra marathons. I run a minimum of 100 miles a week and fit this in around my work and family commitments. I regularly post my training on social media and advise others through this platform.
