Especially exciting for me as an individual sportsman is, that I can do what I love to do. I am going working out normally beetween four or five times a week. My whole life is about doing sport. Since i was five years old I have been played football. I also have been doing Indoor Cycling. There are so many activities I like to do. Badminton, football, going in the gym, find new challenges for myself and so on.
