Hallo, ich bin Alina. Ich gehöre derzeit zu den Top 5 CrossFitterinnen in Deutschland und ich möchte jetzt auch international ganz nach vorne schaffen.

Der CrossFit Sport wird in Deutschland (noch) nicht staatlich gefördert, weil er nicht olympisch ist. Da es sich aber um einen Hochleistungssport handelt, wenn man ihn competitive ausübt, bin ich als Athletin auf private Unterstützung angewiesen, um mich international behaupten zu können. Ziel des Internationalen Verbandes für Funktionale Fitness (IF3) ist es, dass der CrossFit Sport 2028 erstmals olympisch wird. Wenn wir dort als deutsche Nation erfolgreich sein wollen, sollten Athleten bereits jetzt gefördert werden.

Ich habe mich nach einer schweren Krebserkrankung (Leukämie) zurück ins Leben gekämpft und zeige nun der ganzen Welt, dass man mit Disziplin und starkem Willen sowie am wichtigsten: einem starken Team an seiner Seite,  alles im Leben erreichen und schaffen kann. 

Neben dem CrossFit hebe ich derzeit in der 2. Bundesliga Gewichtheben und wurde zur nächsten Saison von der Athletenschmiede Kiel abgeworben. Dort wollen wir mit der Mannschaft in die 1. Bundesliga aufsteigen.

Hier erzähle ich ein wenig über meine Geschichte und wie es zu meiner sportlichen CrossFit Karriere gekommen ist. Aber Vorsicht, ich glaube es ist nichts für schwache Nerven. 😅

Hello, I am Alina. I'm currently one of the top 5 CrossFitters in Germany and I'd like to make it to the top internationally now.

The CrossFit sport is not (yet) state funded in Germany because it is not Olympic. However, since it is a high-performance sport if you practice it competitively, as an athlete I depend on private support to be able to compete internationally. The goal of the International Federation for Functional Fitness (IF3) is for the CrossFit sport to become Olympic for the first time in 2028. If we want to be successful there as a German nation, athletes should already be promoted now.

I fought my way back into life after a serious cancer illness (leukemia) and now show the whole world that with discipline and a strong will, and most importantly: a strong team by your side, you can achieve and accomplish anything in life.

In addition to CrossFit, I currently lift weights in the 2nd Bundesliga and was poached by the Athletenschmiede Kiel for next season. There we want to move up to the 1st Bundesliga with the team.

Bonjour, je m'appelle Alina. Je fais actuellement partie du top 5 des CrossFitters en Allemagne et j'aimerais maintenant atteindre le sommet au niveau international.

En Allemagne, le sport CrossFit n'est pas (encore) subventionné par l'État car il n'est pas olympique. Mais comme il s'agit d'un sport de haut niveau si on le pratique de manière compétitive, je suis dépendante, en tant qu'athlète, d'un soutien privé pour pouvoir m'affirmer au niveau international. L'objectif de la Fédération internationale de fitness fonctionnel (IF3) est que le sport CrossFit devienne olympique pour la première fois en 2028. Si nous voulons y réussir en tant que nation allemande, les athlètes devraient être encouragés dès maintenant.

Je me suis battue pour revenir à la vie après un grave cancer (leucémie) et je montre maintenant au monde entier qu'avec de la discipline et une forte volonté, et surtout : une équipe solide à ses côtés, on peut tout faire et tout réussir dans la vie.

En plus du CrossFit, je fais actuellement de l'haltérophilie en 2e division fédérale et j'ai été débauché par l'Athletenschmiede Kiel pour la saison prochaine. Là-bas, nous voulons monter en première division avec l'équipe.

Ich wünsche mir einen Sponsor, der mich nicht nur mit Produkten sondern vor allem auch finanziell unterstützen kann. Als Athlet fallen so viele Kosten für 

• Trainer und Betreuer
• Physiotherapie
• Trainingscamps
• Reisekosten 
• Startgebühren
• Lebenshaltungskosten

an, dass es bei vollem Fokus auf den Sport nahezu unmöglich ist, diese Kosten als Individualathlet zu decken. Deswegen bin ich sehr auf Hilfe von außen angewiesen!

I would like to have a sponsor who can support me not only with products but also financially. As an athlete there are so many costs for

• Coaches and trainers
• physiotherapy
• training camps
• travel expenses
• Entry fees
• Living expenses

that it is almost impossible to cover these costs as an individual athlete with full focus on the sport. That is why I am very dependent on outside help!

Je souhaite trouver un sponsor qui puisse me soutenir non seulement avec des produits, mais aussi et surtout financièrement. En tant qu'athlète, il y a tellement de frais pour

• Entraîneurs et soigneurs
• Physiothérapie
• Camps d'entraînement
• Frais de déplacement
• Frais d'inscription
• Coûts de la vie

J'ai constaté qu'il était presque impossible de couvrir ces frais en tant qu'athlète individuel tout en se concentrant sur le sport. C'est pourquoi je suis très dépendant de l'aide extérieure!
