Beschreibung
I have a great chance of making Team England, ranking 1st in the 400m Individual Medley and 3rd in the 400m freestyle in our most recent national event (summer 2021 – a virtual racing). I have swum for GBR on 3 occasions, including winning a silver at the European Junior Championships.
I am a positive ambassador to young people, using my sporting platform to advocate for better mental health education amongst the sporting community. This includes volunteering for Kyniska Advocacy and working on a project tackling education around the menstrual cycle, eating disorders and sporting dropout amongst teenage girls (the three are closely linked).
