Our Title Sponsor will have the following benefits:- • Right to re-design all Driver Graphics such as driver helmet/logo incorporating company themes and colours as well as limited access to driver social media, both of these used according to company marketing and branding strategies (Access to driver social media negotiable according to sponsor needs). • An initial Press release issued about the partnership agreement to news services and sport media services for the Formula series. • Title sponsor included in all subsequent season media, publications and press information. • The right to use driver logo, likeness and identification in any advertising and promotional material leading up to and after each race event. • The right to use driver logo, likeness and identification on any sponsor products or material for promotional or advertising purposes. • Driver appearances (number of appearances negotiable according to sponsor needs) at seminars, customer locations, trade shows, product launch events and other promotional activities (sponsor might incur driver traveling and accommodation expenses, and driver schedule is to be taken into consideration). • Free tickets and Pit passes for sponsor per event to entertain colleagues, employees and clients – introduction and personal engagement with driver included pre-race and post-race. • Dominant Signage on: o Driver Helmet o All Marketing and Promotional Endeavors • Driver to wear sponsor apparel pre-race and post-race (apparel includes sponsor caps and T-shirts) for more media and a wider promotional base. • EIGHT (8) team racing pairs including a crew shirt and jacket courtesy of team we would have partnered with (additional shirts or jackets are negotiable) • Right to design and produce Driver “Hero Cards” according to sponsor liking and expectations. • Use of driver to fuel or drive B2B (Business to Business) relations with other sponsors and investors within the sport. • Ability to use Driver at Sponsor corporate events at race track. • Ability to influence Driver transfer to other teams in line with sponsor’s targeted B2B relations. • Incorporation of Sponsor within the Team’s marketing matrix (team, driver would be racing for) for added exposure and marketing strength (Is subject to negotiations with partnered team) • A Framed, signed (signed by Driver and Sponsor) photo from Driver featuring Driver and Sponsor together as a sign of a new and prosperous business relationship. Already affiliated Motorsport Title Sponsor the above benefits and including the following: • Right to use driver in other sponsor dominant racing series for both promotional purposes and as a reserve standby driver if an emergency were to occur to one of the two starting drivers (Driver schedule to be put into consideration) • Driver appearances at any sponsor season launches (Race car and team season apparel launch events) • Right to use driver likeness, logos and identification on any sponsor season media publications e.g., magazines, sponsor website publications, eBooks, etc. • Driver can take Test driver roles in another series according to sponsor specifications (Sponsor will incur driver traveling and accommodation costs) • Sponsor will have ability to influence driver transfers and contract specifications or negotiations when driver moves to another team in line with the sponsors B2B (Business to Business) relations future.
