I'm a competitive athlete in Powerlifting and Strongman.

I began powerlifting 2022 competing in my first competition, the Scottish Championships, and took gold. April 2022 I competed at Nationals and qualified to compete in the World Championships Nov 2022.

I began training for strongman in 2022. My first competition and debut into the world of strongman was a novice competition that I came 2nd place in. I’m now training for my first open competition in July. I plan to compete in Scotland's Strongest Man 2023.

I have experience public speaking for clubs and schools after developing this skill while a member of a local Toastmasters club. I create content for use on social media most days of the week.
