The Dead Pelicans soared from the depths of Northern Cali’s coastline in the summer of 2018. Following their first year as High School coaches, Beasley and the Dakid eager to play again, set their sights on Midnight 7’s in Las Vegas, Nevada. Little did they know this endeavor would turn into a year round traveling side composed of ‘Retired’ Allstars from all sport backgrounds; encouraging any athlete to try Rugby.

By playing the game we love against the best competition; we intend to Grow the Game, exposing athletes to the joys of Rugby. Based out of Santa Rosa, CA, the Dead Pelicans have players from all over the United States.

We travel worldwide to play at the biggest invitational tournaments and we also develop youth talent locally in Sonoma County.

We have over 500 followers across all of our social media accounts. We play in tournaments attended by over 1000 people regularly. We also play in tournaments that are live streamed and broadcast internationally. We have been on TV in 5 different countries and live streamed games to 10k plus viewers.
