I have ran the Detroit international Detroit/Windsor Half-Marathon in 2025, now I am competing this August at Summer shredding championship and will win in men's transformation category. After loosing 145lbs and continually getting lean I will also win in the men's physique category! Starting in 2027 I will be training for a Hyrox event with my wife. What I like to do for fun is walk with my dogs, listen to auido books as well as volunteer my time with my local theatre.
