Rolling Rock Rough Riders

My name is Eric Spresser and I play with and manage the Rolling Rock Rough Riders. We are a men's competitive soccer team here in Portland. We have been playing in various Portland leagues the past 5 years and currently are looking for a new sponsor. We originally had an agreement with River Pig and when that money ran out/ownership changed, we switched over to Rolling Rock. 

Rolling Rock originally promised us some things that didn't exactly come to fruition and we have just kept the name the past couple of years. Here are some notable highlights of our Rolling Rock team and group of guys the past few years. In all of these leagues and events we have used the team name Rolling Rock Rough Riders..

-2nd place in Men's GPSD Open division Fall 2021

- 1st place in Men's GPSD Open division Spring 2022

- Semifinalists in the Oregon Open Cup 2022

- Our coed team we threw together for the Hood To Coast running relay in 2023 finished 277th of 1200+ participating teams.

- 8 time men's indoor soccer champions at Portland Indoor Soccer in mens D1 from 2019-2023.

Currently, we are once again competing in the top men's soccer league (outside of the semi pro leagues) here in Portland - in the Premier Division of GPSD. I am reaching out to you as we are looking for a new sponsor to help us out with team fees in the remainder of 2023+2024, primarily for the outdoor team.

The outdoor team fee is $2100 and that is twice per year plus $45 per person player card fee's once per year. Indoor at our current facility SoccerPlex in Beaverton is $1300 and that is four times per year. We could also use $$ for practices (field rentals), and signing other talented players who generally cannot afford the team fees. Additionally, we have old jerseys with River Pig Saloon and Chill n Fill sponsors printed on them. We would be open to getting new jerseys with your sponsor if you were interested in that as well.

What we can offer in return - you can use this donation as a tax write off, and in return your business will be promoted with your Brewery name in our new team name, which will be all over the various league websites we compete in, and we as a team could come to your brewery after games or end of the season celebrations to give back business in that way as well.
