•We are an organisation that develops young cycling talents with the aim of preparing them and moving them on to professional careers.
•Our goal is to work with riders from all around the world giving opportunities to those who can’t receive the same support from their own countries. We want to increase diversity within professional cycling and this is the way we can do it.
•Our team competes at a high level against international opposition all around the world. In 2023 we aim to have a UCI Continental license giving us access to professional races where we will face some of the best teams in the world.
