Ultimate frisbee is a fast growing sport in Thailand, and with over 85 percent of Thai people who play sports it is a great time to get involved and make a difference. In the last five years the sports has gone from unrecognized to an official sport in Thailand and is included in the Thailand national games along with 41 other sports. It is also included in the Thailand university games and 12 club teams registered with the Flying Disc Association of Thailand (FDAT). FDAT has shown incredible commitment to the sport of ultmate, including successfully lobbying for it's inclusion into the SEA games.
