We are Automatic Lonely Hearts Racing, New York City’s premier amateur racing organization.

Our team began as the collective outlet to curb the pain of heartbreak among friends. Fueled by social distancing and the COVID-19 Pandemic, five riders quickly grew to over 150. When racing resumed in 2021, our core group of a dozen racers were there on the line with their bikes.

In 2022 we entered into a partnership with Automatic | Abus Racing, a professional racing team, becoming their exclusive development team.

Since those early days, our race team has exploded in both growth and accomplishments. With numbers now in the seventies, it’s common to see our racers at the starting line and standing on podiums from New York to Seattle, and points in between.
